SUKKUR: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Sukkur arrested Khursheed Shah's close aide Zabardast Khan Mahar on late night of Sunday.

Accroding to details, Zabardast Khan Mehar was arrested from his residence in NAB's operation conducted near Saleh Putt, Sukkur district.

A NAB team confiscated important papers and Mehar's car in a search operation of his house.

NAB revealed that Mahar had been charged with embezzlement and corruption of over Rs 1 billion.
