CAIRO: Egypt's state grains buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC), said on Thursday it bought 12,000 tonnes of sunflower oil in an international purchase tender for vegetable oils.
Traders said the oil was purchased from ADM at $758.00 per tonne.
GASC was seeking at least 30,000 tonnes of soyoil and 10,000 tonnes of sunflower oil for Oct. 10-30 arrival.
