Pakistan’s ambassador to UAE decorated with Sitara-e-Imtiaz

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Ambassador to UAE Jamil Ahmed Khan received high civil award, Sitara-e-Imtiaz on Pakistan Day on March 23 in recognition of his outstanding performance as ambassador to Libya and presently to UAE. President Asif Ali Zardari pinned the award on Ambassador Jamil Ahmed Khan at a ceremony held at the President House.

The award of Sitara-e-Imtiaz is conferred on distinguished individuals who are high achievers throughout their career and have proven their mettle in the service of the country, the very qualifications which aptly describe the credentials of Ambassador Jamil Ahmed Khan.
