NAWABSHAH: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has maintained that Sindh was the founding province of Pakistan and any attempt for its division would be considered as the conspiracy against Pakistan.

All political parties are against the division of Sindh and people and press should not pay heed merely on anonymous slogans, the Chief Minister said while talking to media persons after attending the graduation ceremony, as chief guest, organized by Sindh Vocational Training Institute (STEVTA) in partnership with Pakistan Air Force here on Monday.

Responding to another question about law and order situation, the Chief Minister said that situation is comparatively improved in the province.

The target killings and heinous crimes have been curbed and the street crimes which have been slightly increased are being controlled with a strategy and full force, he said.

Replying to another question, he said that casual incident does not means, the deterioration of law and order and added that the same are being happened under the conspiracy to destabilize the democratic government.

"We have faced such conspiracies with success and also foil these nefarious designs in future as well", he vowed. He said that his government was focusing on maintaining law and order by strengthening the Police morally and by the virtue of their strength, equipments, vehicles, arms and ammunition. Besides, he said that cash rewards have also been announced for notorious outlaws.

"When we came into power in 2008, 78 kidnapped people were in the possession of dacoits but today even less then 20 people are reported as kidnapped who would be recovered at all costs", he said.

Responding to another question the Sindh Chief Minister said the MQM is also the part of government and enjoying one third portfolios of the cabinet.

All decisions of the coalition government are being taken with mutual understanding, he said. He later inaugurated Pakistan Air Force Information Centre at Nawabshah. He took round of centre where he was briefed about the activities of the centre.

The Chief Minister also visited the house of Ziaul Hassan Lanjar the Coordinator of Chairperson PPP Women Wing MNA Faryall Talpur. The Chief Minister remained there for some time and offered fateha on the sad demise of his elder brother.
