CAIRO: A Romanian wheat cargo that was held in the Egyptian port of Damietta passed a second test for quality, trade sources familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.
The vessel resumed unloading on Tuesday, one of the sources said earlier, after the cargo had been re-tested for its falling number - the internationally standardised and most popular method for determining sprout damage - and test weight.
