India releases two prisoners

wahga-borderLAHORE: The Indian authorities on Thursday released two Pakistani prisoners and handed over the prisoners to Pakistan rangers at Wagah boarder near here, the Rangers sources said.

The released were identified as Saraf Dar s/o Hakim Dar (27) of Peshawar and Muhammad Qasim s/o Ashiq Ahmad (35) of Khanewal.

They were arrested by Indian authorities on border crossing the border mistakenly.

Later, the Rangers handed over both the men to Edhi Foundation Lahore for shifting them to Edhi Home Gulberg.
