LONDON: Europe's main stock markets advanced at the start of trading on Wednesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index gaining 0.3 percent to 7,220.78 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 index grew 0.2 percent to 11,439.02 points and the Paris CAC 40 won 0.1 percent to 5,312.70 compared with Tuesday's closing levels.
