CM condemns firing at two masajid in New Zealand

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Friday strongly condemned firing at two masajid in New Zealand and expressed a deep sense of sorrow over the loss of precious human lives.

He extended sympathies to the bereaved families and prayed for the early recovery of the injured.

"We equally share the grief of the bereaved families," he added.

There was a need to adopt effective measures to stop such tragic incidents in future as such incidents of terrorism were very tragic, he said.

In fact, terrorism was a collective issue of all nations of the world and collective efforts were needed to deal with this menace, the chief minister concluded.
