LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has said that educational reforms programme is successfully continuing in the province, which has improved enrolment rate in schools.
He was presiding over a meeting of Executive District Officers (Education) showing better results regarding implementation of the educational reforms programme.
The Chief Minister said the promotion of education was a top priority of the government and revolutionary measures had been taken for the uplift of education sector.
He urged officers and teachers to play an active role for educating the new generation so that the target of 100 per cent literacy rate could be achieved.
