KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Thursday at 22,421.18 points with a negative change of -357.64 and volume of 55,993,400 shares. High and Low were 22,783.58 and 22,360.95 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 6 were up, 24 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 102,625,750 shares. Total companies traded were 329 of which 103 were positive, 197 were negative and 29 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 23,582,200 shares. It was followed by Power Generation and Distribution with a total traded volume of 14,493,000 shares.
