LONDON: Angolan exports of crude oil will decline to 43 cargoes in April from 46 in March, according to a loading programme seen by traders on Monday.
This will be the smallest programme in terms of number of cargoes since February's 41 cargoes, but it is preliminary. Final programmes typically include more cargoes.
