RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Monday at 22,111.06 points with a positive change of 266.49 and volume of 75,833,800 shares. High and Low were 22,215.51 and 21,844.57 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 28 were up, 2 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 115,326,650 shares. Total companies traded were 356 of which 241 were positive, 93 were negative and 22 were unchanged.

Technology and Communication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 14,613,900 shares. It was followed by Cable and Electrical Goods with a total traded volume of 13,923,500 shares.
