Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif inaugurated the extension of DHQ Muzaffargarh including CT scan machine, Hepatitis Filtration Clinic, and the trauma centre. The Chief Minister inspected the emergency, OPD, operation theatre and other wards. He also reviewed the newly-constructed mega project at the cost of over Rs 397 million. CM Shahbaz said the standard of medical facilities and wards of DHQ Muzaffargarh are not lesser than from any top quality hospital.
