Untitled persons: CJP asks IGPs to withdraw security within 24 hours

Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Thursday took notice regarding large number of persons, not entitled to police security, have been provided the security.
Taking notice of the issue, the Chief Justice directed IGPs Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan and Islamabad to withdraw the police security within 24 hours of those people who are not entitled, and submit affidavit to the effect duly attested by Oath Commissioner on next date of hearing ie 23.04.2018 at Islamabad. Moreover, IG KP submitted his report in Court on Thursday and gave undertaking that security of non entitled people would be withdrawn till 6:00 pm, said a press release.-PR
