MQM-Pakistan representative Kamran Tessori said on Saturday that a conspiracy was being hatched against him for the stance that he had taken in support of the Mohajir community. Speaking to media personnel, Tessori said that somewhere, somehow a conspiracy had been hatched against him.
"I think it is due to the stance that I have taken which is in the interest of the Mohajir community," he said. "For the welfare of the Mohajir community and especially for relatives of the martyrs, I am ready to render any sacrifice, no matter how large it is," he added.
Tessori was responding to harsh statements from members of the Rabita Committee and senior MQM leaders such as Faisal Sabzwari who have slammed him in the past couple of weeks in hard-hitting pressers.
