The Secretary General and CEO of Karachi Council on Foreign Relations (KCFR) Ahsan Mukhtar Zubairi hosted a dinner at his residence on Saturday night. The dinner was hosted to bid farewell Grace Shelton the Consul General of the United States of America and to meet Francois Dall's Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and to welcome Consul General of Russian Federation, Dr Alexander G. Khozin, Consul General of Italy Anna Ruffino, Consul General of Turkey Tolga Ucak and Consul General of Sri Lanka G L Gananatheva.
Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair was the chief guest on this occasion. The Governor Sindh presented shield to the US Consul General Grace Shelton. The Consul Generals of Qatar, Iran, Bangladesh, Oman and other countries attended the event. Many political leaders including Saleem Zia from Pakistan Muslim League (N), Nasreen Jalil from Mutahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan, Dr Sageer Ahmed from Pak Sarzameen Party and others also attended the dinner.
From business community, Zubair Tufail. Abdul Kader Jaffer, Talib Syed Karim, Kalim Farooqui and other were also present on this occasion.
