Artema Medical/Black Horse Paints will vie against Honda Chenab for the top honours in the Winter Polo Cup 2017 final to be played here at the Lahore Polo Club (LPC) ground on Sunday (today). One of the finalists Artema team includes Daniyal Sheikh, Abubakar Siddique, Ahmed Bilal Riaz and Hamza Mawaz Khan while other team Honda Chenab consists of Shaharyar Khan, Ghulam Mustafa Monnoo, Bilal Haye and Ahmed Ali Tiwana.
The subsidiary final will also take place on Sunday between Newage and Dawood Group. Newage team comprises Adnan Jalil Azam, Alman Jalil Azam, Ahmed Zubair Butt and Shah Shamyl Alam while Dawood Group has services of Abdullah Dawood, Mumtaz Abbas Niazi, Omar Asjad Malhi, Raja Arslan Najeeb. According to Lahore Polo Club Irfan Ali Hyder, the final of Winter Polo Cup is going to be very exciting and challenging one, which would amuse the spectators to larger extent. The level of polo has been improving with each passing day and as the polo season is moving towards its peak, it is becoming tougher and more enthralling.
