LDA plans high rise building

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will construct a high rise building in the commercial zone on its vacant land measuring 22 kanal on Jail road, in joint venture with private partners, under "The Disposal of Land by Development Authorities Act 2014". For the technical advisory services for this project, LDA has invited applications to hire an international consultancy firm in JV with local firms, experienced in carrying out work on High Rise Building project by 31st March, 2017.
