British Council confers alumni award on Dr Saif

The British Council has conferred upon Dr Umar Saif, Adviser to the Chief Minister Punjab, Chairman Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and founder Vice Chancellor Information Technology University (ITU) Punjab, Lahore, the outstanding alumni award for his professional achievements and transformative impact in government and higher education in Pakistan. The Government of Pakistan has already awarded him Sitara-e-Imtiaz on his meritorious services rendered in the field of Computer Science and Information Technology.
