Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that terrorists will be held accountable for every drop of blood shed in heinous terrorist attacks. Chief Minister Punjab in his statement issued here on Saturday said that coward enemies cannot kill the courage and enthusiasm of Pakistani nation. He said that in war on terror we would not let single drop of blood go in vain; we will fulfil our obligations to our nation and will offer our future generations peaceful, secure and prosperous Pakistan.
He said we will not rest until we flush out terrorists who snatch the lives of our countrymen, kill our women and children in merciless and horrific suicide attacks. The Chief Minister said that while meeting injured of suicide blast, he found them in high spirit, more dedicated and their resolve unshaken in fight against terror. He said that despite the feelings of grief, families of martyrs exhibited and expressed overwhelming patriotism and added that we have to win this battle as it is the battle of our survival, values and culture against terrorism; we have to keep fighting this battle till the extermination of last terrorist.
Chief Minister Punjab said that blast in Lahore is the conspiracy of our enemy; we are grieved over the loss of precious human lives in this horrific incident of terrorism and the entire nation offers condolences to families of those killed in the incident. He said that martyred DIG Traffic Captain (R) Ahmad Mubeen, SSP Zahid Gondal and other police officials have sacrificed their lives for the great cause and have set an example of dutifulness. He said that we are deeply saddened over the martyrdom of our citizens and our nation will always remember their great sacrifice.
