Cashier gunned down by robbers

Three unidentified gunmen killed a cashier of a bakery during a dacoity bid in Green Town area, police and eye witnesses said on Thursday. It is reported that three unidentified robbers tried to snatch gun from the security guard of a famous bakery 'Gourmet.' As a result of the scuffle, Abid Hameed, 22, was died on the spot as the trigger of the gun went off, the police investigating officials said. They said the victim was a resident of Okara. The eye witnesses told police that the robbers also looted some cash from the bakery.
