Khaqan meets Prime Minister

Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at PM House here on Wednesday. The minister apprised the Prime Minister on various ongoing projects and initiatives undertaken by the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources, especially in the field of oil and gas exploration in the country.
He also briefed the Prime Minister on the progress regarding LNG import and the measures taken for fuel supply to various sectors. The Prime Minister directed the minister to ensure that gas consumers were given maximum relief. The PM further directed to enhance co-ordination with respect to energy projects.-PR
