Diagnostic,treatment facilities SKMCH&RC signs MoU with Maldives

Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (SKMCH&RC) will extend its expertise for setting up of diagnostic and treatment facilities for cancer patients in Maldives. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between the Government of Republic of Maldives and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre on Thursday. Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim, Minister of Health, Maldives, and Dr Muhammad Aasim Yusuf, Chief Medical Officer, SKMCH&RC, were the signing authorities.
Under the MOU, the Maldives government will get its health professionals including doctors, nurses and health care professionals trained from the SKMCH.
