Eight militants killed in Tirah Valley

The security forces have claimed that they have killed eight militants and injured many in air strikes carried out by the jet fighters in Koki Khel, the remote area of Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency on Tuesday. The sources told that the jet war planes pounded suspected hideouts of the militants in Khairaba, the Pak-Afghan bordering area.
Two sanctuaries of the militants were also destroyed, sources added. The killed militants were stated to be volunteers of the Bara base defunct organisation, Lashkar-e-Islam (LI).
