Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader Rehman Malik on Saturday said that, "4-point agenda of the party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is the only solution to the country's issues." He was talking to media after visiting the home of party's veteran leader Jahangir Badar, who passed away this week. He met the family members and offered his condolences.
Malik said that Badar's contributions for democracy will never be forgotten. He announced that a road will be named after the deceased PPP leader. It should be noted that the PPP chairman had demanded the federal government to appoint a foreign minister on immediate basis, approve the Panama Bill tabled by PPP in Senate, accept the suggestions of former president Asif Ali Zardari on CPECo presented in All Parties Conference and the national security committee of parliamentarians should be reconstituted.
PPP leader Naveed Qamar, speaking on the occasion, said that, "The case is put towards a different direction whenever a lawyer is changed." Qamar added that, "PPP will also stage a full-scale movement against the federal government." He said, "The load shedding duration in Punjab may have gone down but the people in Hyderabad are still suffering up to 18 hours of power outages every day."
