Basis bids for hard red winter wheat (HRW) in the southern US Midwest were unchanged on Wednesday as sagging grain futures curbed farmer sales, dealers said. A firmer dollar, which makes US wheat more expensive for foreign buyers and plentiful global supplies dragged down Chicago Board of Trade K.C. wheat futures.
