Bhawalpur - solvents

Over the last few years the city of Bhawalpur has seen many solvents now involved in crushing of local and imported rapeseed, cannola and sunflower and besides allied solvent we see Asia Ghee, Shameem Oil, Mian Edible, M Nazam now crushing oilseeds and supporting the vegetable oil and feed industry.
Bhawalpur solvents have given incentive to farmers to produce quality sunflower seeds and local rapeseed and are encouraging the local farmers to produce more to save huge imported bill of national exchequer, the industry is surviving without any incentive and if subsidy of exports are given as being given by most countries Pakistan can become self sufficient in oil and meal within 7 years and save huge amount to the country. Allied solvent wishes the new management and leadership of APSEA and will try to play a pivotal role in the industry and support from Bhawalpur.
