KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 23,268.10 points with a negative change of -82.71 and volume of 107,642,700 shares. High and Low were 23,395.94 and 23,203.53 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 11 were up, 19 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 191,469,580 shares. Total companies traded were 366 of which 150 were positive, 197 were negative and 19 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 33,186,800 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 22,035,650 shares.
