Askari grieved over loss of lives in rain-related incidents

LAHORE: Punjab's caretaker Chief Minister Dr Hasan Askari Saturday expressed grief over loss of lives in rain-related incidents and offered condolences to their bereaved families.

The chief minister directed the administration to provide the best possible health facilities to the persons injured in such incidents.

He said in anticipation of the rainy season, all the departments should remain alert and all available resources should be utilised to drain rainwater from low-lying areas.
