ISLAMABAD: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Iqbal Zafar Jhagra says the education is the most important means to help Pakistan gain a respectable status amongst the comity of the nations.
He was addressing as chief guest at the 22nd Convocation of Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute at Topi in district Swabi on Wednesday.
The Governor said the role of engineers becomes highly significant in the present world.
He said Pakistan has immense resources and we only need honest, committed, competent and trained manpower to take up the task of national reconstruction. On this occasion 394 graduates got degrees and gold Medals.
The Governor also appreciated the achievements of the GIK Institute for setting high traditions of teaching and learning.
