Ex-US state secretary Hillary Clinton praises Shahid Afridi

Pakistan star all rounder Shahid Afridi has been making waves for his philanthropic endeavors and the latest person to praise him is former United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in video message on social media.
“Hello Shahid. Thank you for that very nice message, your friend and mine delivered to me and I wish you the very best,” said Clinton, in a message on social media.
Afridi thanked the former first lady of USA over her support for Shahid Afridi Foundation. “Thank you Hillary Clinton for supporting the cause of humanity and your best wishes,” said Afridi in a post on social media.

The Shahid Afridi Foundation was founded by the former captain of Pakistan. The foundation works 'for the less privileged to give them what we can to keep their HopeNotOut.'
Earlier, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau requested his nation to contribute in the SAF for helping it make a hospital in Pakistan.
The cricketer thanked Trudeau through social media post saying, “Thank you Justin Trudeau for supporting the vision of Shahid Afridi Foundation and for your hospitality. Canada is a nation of great people. A special thanks to Islamic Relief Canada, the Pakistani and Indian community of Vancouver for your generous contribution for Kohat Hospital.”
