Power Division meeting on Friday to resolve load-shedding problem in Karachi

ISLAMABAD: The Power Division has convened emergency meeting of the K-Electric, Petroleum Division and National Electric Power Regulatory (NEPRA) on Friday, on the directives of Minister for Power Division Sardar Awais Ahmed Khan Leghari.

According to the statement issued here Thursday, the meeting would be held at 1:30 pm in the committee room of power division.

The KE secretary was asked to immediately convene the KE Board meeting with reference to NEPRA letter to deliberate and resolve the problems of load shedding on permanent basis, it further said.
