Rangers nab five including extortionist

KARACHI: Sindh Rangers on Tuesday arrested five alleged criminals, including an extortionist, during operations in different parts of the metropolis. Rangers’ spokesman said that the paramilitary forces carried out targeted raid in Solider Bazaar and arrested an extortionist, Saeed Ahmed.

Separately, a rangers’ team nabbed two drug peddlers and a kidnapper, Muntazir Ali from Solider Bazaar area.

Meanwhile, rangers apprehended a political party activist Syed Ali alias Commando.

The rangers also claimed to have recovered weapons, bullets, drugs, and contrabands from their possession.
