ISLAMABAD: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah Thursday said political parties could not hold consultation with each other on appointment of caretaker prime minister.

Talking to media in the Parliament House, he said anybody could give the name for caretaker prime minister's slot, adding that he would also consult with his party into the matter.

To a question, he said a democratic person could not talk about martial law. Any person who remained the part of martial law regime, could talk about judicial martial law and like it, Khursheed Shah said.

“Judicial martial is unconstitutional. The Constitution has defined everything and nobody could go beyond it," he added.
