The State Bank of Pakistan will remain closed on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
Earlier, Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) had also announced a holiday on Wednesday, August 26.
“All TRE Certificate Holders, staff and concerned are hereby informed that Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited will remain closed on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12th Rabi ul Awal),” the PSX said.
Meanwhile, the federal government declared August 26 a public holiday across Pakistan on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
