KARACHI: A total of ten ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them two ships, Prima Dharma and Shandong Yihe left the port on Monday morning while four more ships, DP World Chennai, SIBI, Bahri Gadha and Can Bey expected to sail on Monday.
Cargo volume of 100,833 tones comprising 59,138 tones imports cargo and 41,695 export cargo carried in 1,730 Containers (623 TEUs Imports and 1,107 TEUs Export) was handled at the port during last 24 hours.
There are 17 ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them three ships, Mol Earnest, Nave Atropos and Mercury Sky and two more ships, PGC Yiannios and Antigoni Force carrying Container, Gasoline, Coal, LPG and Coal are expected to take berths QICT, FOTCO, SSGC, PIBT and PQEPT respectively on today 3rd July, 2026.
