S&P Global launches ‘Project Elevate’

Published Updated

ISLAMABAD: S&P Global in Pakistan, in partnership with The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Islamabad, announced the launch of ‘Project Elevate’, a structured, three-year mentorship initiative designed to equip more than 600 young Pakistanis with the professional skills and career guidance needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive global economy.

Project Elevate will run across three annual cohorts, each connecting approximately 200 participants with experienced mentors from S&P Global and the broader TiE network.

The program targets a diverse talent pool including university students, early-career professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, and freelancers, reflecting the breadth of Pakistan’s evolving workforce.

The participants will benefit from one-on-one and group mentorship, corporate readiness training, career development workshops, and networking access to S&P Global leadership in Pakistan and TiE’s entrepreneurial community.

Speaking on this initiative, Mujeeb Zahur, Managing Director, S&P Global Pakistan, said, “Project Elevate is a strategic investment in the people we believe will drive economic value both locally and globally. We are committing our expertise because we truly believe in Pakistan’s talent pipeline and creating an ecosystem that will give individuals the platform, mentorship and exposure they deserve.”

Atta Rehman, Senior Regional People Advisor, S&P Global Pakistan, added, “At S&P Global, we believe that people are the most powerful driver of organisational success. Project Elevate is designed to give participants not just skills, but visibility, confidence, and a professional community that stays with them long after the program ends.”

Project Elevate aligns with S&P Global’s enterprise-wide commitment to investing in learning capabilities and equipping individuals with the leadership capabilities, professional skills, and resources they need to grow, excel, and lead in a rapidly evolving world.
