Non-submission of wealth statements: ECP to hear case against PML-F today

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is scheduled to hear a case on Tuesday (today) against Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) over failure to meet the requirements for submission of wealth statements of the last fiscal year 2024-25.

A notice issued to the PML-F by the poll body said that the case was fixed against it for hearing due to its failure to meet the requirements laid down in Section 210 of the Elections Act, 2017.
