KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 18.55 billion and the number of lots traded at 14,800.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 6.949 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 5.539 billion), NSDQ100 (PKR 1.842 billion), Crude (PKR 1.111 billion), Silver (PKR 1.042 billion), DJ (PKR 557.955 million), Platinum (PKR 529.693 million), Japan Equity 225 / USD (PKR 398.527 million), SP500 (PKR 234.856 million), Natural Gas (PKR 174.719 million), Palladium (PKR 88.005 million) and Brent (PKR 44.998 million) and Copper (PKR 38.152 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 22 lots of Cotton amounting to (PKR 24.767 million) were traded.
