BEIJING: China's local governments issued a net 523.1 billion yuan ($81.68 billion) in special bonds in September, the finance ministry said on Monday.
The net issuance of local government special bonds totalled 2.37 trillion yuan in the first nine months, the ministry said in a statement on its website.
