May 2021: MCC East collects Rs58.36bn revenue

KARACHI: Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Appraisement East has surpassed its custom duty collection target by Rs 3.41 billion.

The MCC has collected Rs 20.51 billion on account of custom duty during May 2021 as against the target of Rs 17.10 billion, surpassing its custom duty target by Rs 3.41 billion.

The total revenue collection reported in the month of May stood at Rs 58.36 billion, including Rs 20.51 billion under customs duties, Rs 29.60 billion under sales tax, Rs 7.15 billion under income tax and Rs.1.08 billion under FED.
