LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif has said that the Punjab government was utilizing all its energies to provide opportunities for better life to the neglected segments of the society in accordance with the guiding principle set by the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-i-Azam Mohammed Ali Jinnah.
In his message on the occasion of birth anniversary of Quaid-i-Azam, the Chief Minister said, "this time we are celebrating the birthday of the founder of Pakistan at a time when the country is facing multiple challenges."
He called upon people to follow footsteps of Quaid-i-Azam who was real symbol of democracy and struggled for solidarity, prosperity and progress of an independent nation and achieved a separate homland,". He urged the next generation to come forward and follow three golden principles of Quaid e Azam Unity, Faith and Discipline.
The Chief Ministrer said, "now it is our duty to repay his credit by following his guidelines and to fulfill his dream. Let us make this land a sign of brotherhood, unity, peace, equality and justice."
