Chinese soldiers set up loudspeakers, play Punjabi songs for Indian troops at Finger-4

Amid tension between the two countries, Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) troops have put up loudspeakers at the Finger-4 area at the northern banks of the Pangong Tso and are playing Punjabi numbers for Indian soldiers.

The post at which the Chinese troops have set up the loudspeakers is the post which is constantly watched by the Indian soldiers. While the loudspeakers at the north bank of Pangong Tso was playing Punjabi songs, a battery of loudspeakers was deployed at Moldo Garrison in Chushul sector to remind the Indian troops of 'what they claim, is the folly of their political masters', Hindustan Times reported

Indian, China troops exchanged gunshots twice last week as tensions rose

Indian media has termed this action by China a 'drama to distract' Indian troops.

At least three firing incidents have taken place in the area in the last 20 days. On September 8, more than 100 rounds were fired between the troops of the two sides near the Finger-4 area.

On June, 20 Indian soldiers were killed in hand-to-hand fighting with Chinese troops in the Galwan valley.
