ISLAMABAD: The countrywide tally of fatalities from coronavirus has reached 6,274, as six deaths were reported during the last 24 hours due to the deadly virus.
The number of positive cases has reached 294,638, according to the latest figures released by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC).
The data further revealed that 445 persons had been tested positive for the Covid-19 in 24 hours, where 23,441 tests were conducted nationwide.
Sindh remains the worst-hit province by the pandemic in terms of cases followed by Punjab, the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad.
Till now 128,877 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 96,540 in Punjab, 35,893 in the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, 15,562 in Islamabad, 12,721 in Balochistan, 2,272 in Azad Kashmir, and 2,773 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
