ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister, Advisor on Commerce and Investment, Abdul Razak Dawood has expressed his fears that exports target for August 2020 will be affected due to heavy rains.

"It appears that because of the heavy rains, particularly in Karachi , our exports consignments are being delayed and hence our exports for August may be affected. Any difficulties faced by the exporters may be brought to the notice of the Ministry of Commerce," he said, in a tweet. The exports figures of August 2020 will be released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) next week.
