KARACHI: The spokesperson to the Own Karachi Foundation has demanded that a well-known business person or prominent social figure be appointed administrator of Karachi. According to the spokesperson, a meeting of the core committee of the Own Karachi Foundation was held yesterday regarding the latest situation in Karachi, in which the dilapidated condition of Karachi after the recent rains was debated. The meeting also discussed the way forward after the departure of the current Mayor of Karachi.
Karachi can be pulled out of this catastrophe only when the reins of the city are handed over to a dynamic businessman or social leader hailing from the same city, the spokesperson said.-PR
