ISTANBUL: The Turkish central bank said on Wednesday it injected 10 billion lira ($1.36 billion) in a traditional method repo auction at an average simple rate of 11.27pc.
It said that total bids amounted to 53.2 billion lira in the repo, which will mature on Sept. 9.
The average simple rate in the auction was at 11.30pc on Tuesday and was at 10.96pc in an auction last week.
