LAHORE: Pakistan Railways Administration has announced restoration of two suspended passenger trains to facilitate the commuters.
According to the PR sources, it was decided in a meeting here on Thursday that 127 Up/128 Down Mahar Express which run between Multan and Rawalpindi via Mianwali-Kundian would restart its operation from tomarrow (December 23).
Another train 139 Up/ 140 Down Sandal Express will be restored from Multan to Sargodha via Jhang and it would be operational on January 01, 2012.
Both trains were suspended like many others due to the shortage of locomotives.
