Prices moved both ways on the wholesale grain market on Wednesday in process of modest trading, dealers said. On the seeds side, grams Australia shed Rs 100 to Rs 7000-7300, grams Dall Australia followed suit, ;losing Rs 300 to Rs 8200-8500, gams 50x50 was down by Rs 200 to Rs 7700-8000, yellow peas Canada was higher by Rs 50 to Rs 4250-4450, yellow peas Dall Canada also gained the same amount to Rs 4750-4950, yellow peas Russia was higher by Rs 100 to Rs 4100-4300 and yellow peas dall Russia picked up same amount to Rs 4600-4800, they added.
On the rice sector, irri-6 Sindh rose by rose by Rs 25 to Rs 3475-3575, other items managed to hold the overnight levels in process of trading, they said.
On the seeds sector, til low type maintained last level at Rs 3500 while the best type was up by Rs 100 to Rs 4100 and cottonseeds oilcake with bag low type retained its overnight level at Rs 450 while the good type appreciated by Rs 50 to Rs 750, they said.
