LIMA: Peru's central bank offered to buy dollars on Wednesday for the second straight day as the sol currency bid 0.04 percent stronger at 2.693 per US dollar.
The sol has been trading around its strongest levels in about a decade and the bank frequently intervenes to curb volatility.
